The Hereditary Noble Title of Marquis was Conferred on Mr. Lingyun Xiang

June 18, 2021, by "Motu Proprio" decree, his serene majesty prince Don Morris Zoboli of Correggio of Austria and the Holy Roman Empire, a citizen of Italy, has conferred upon Mr. Lingyun Xiang, a citizen of the people's republic of China resident in the U.S.A., the hereditary noble title of Marquis of MARCHESE DI SAN PROSPERO and the Lord of Millennial Kingdom with the honorific titles of his grace and don.



The title is issued by the will of the prince in the capacity of all his titles, honors, coats of arms, privileges, and immunities as recognized by international nobility sentence n° 325/2020 of the international court of nobility in Bari (Italy), valid in all the signatory states of the 1958 New York Convention, according to the norms of International Law, under which his noble qualifications are inferred, including his status as the subject of International Law as head of name and arms of the former reigning dynasty, the right to award noble and chivalrous titles to deserving persons (fons honorum) and the hereditary title of chancellor of the serene academy of Correggio, of Austria studiorum-university of heraldic studies and ancient art.


The noble house, in the person of the titular prince, grants noble or chivalrous titles to scrupulously selected persons of high moral, religious and ethical character as a reward for their civil conduct and service to the needy in accordance with the ancient laws and customs governing noble traditions.


The dynasty may nominate "ambassadors at the disposal" among the nobles of the court, accredited to the serene crown of Zoboli of Correggio of Austria as honorary and cultural representatives charged with promoting the initiatives of the dynasty and its dynastic academy, its history, and its traditions in other states.
