In the last week of May, nearly 300 employees of Wuhan Sanfran Investment Group received the good news of equity incentives. As in previous years, this equity incentive worth 15 million yuan is also distributed at zero cost, which means that as long as employees perform well at work, they can get this "super gift package" from the group without paying a penny.

Zhao Ying, director of the Operations Human Resources Center of Sanfran Group, introduced that Sanfran Group has been promoting the "zero-cost equity incentive" since 2009. This equity incentive distribution is part of the "Chutian Star" plan, which mainly commends employees with important positions, outstanding performance and great potential in the past year. In this year's commendation, the increase in the proportion of new employees is a significant feature, accounting for more than 35% of employees who have been employed for less than 3 years.

"The equity types include Sanfran Electronics and Sanfran Sports, with a total value of about RMB 15 million. Employees who receive equity incentives can choose to hold shares to enjoy dividends, or they can withdraw their shares and cash them out at the right time. Taking Sanfran Electronics as an example, the company promises a repurchase price of 20-30 yuan per share, which is at least 30% higher than the current value. We hope to make the company's development results more equitable to employees, and also attract more talents to join Sanfran." Zhao Ying added.
